Kathy and Mark dodged Hurricane Earl for their wedding at the Renaissance in Westchester! For those who are interested, I used the brand spanking new Nikon 85 1.4G AF-S for the entire wedding. Not only is it new to me, it’s new to everybody. It was put to work just hours after being dropped off by UPS! Cliff Mautner has already written about this lens and I agree on all levels. The output is beautiful and it’s a bit harder (and slower) to achieve perfect focus than the Nikon zooms.
